Resources & Opportunities

There’s plenty to do outside of the classroom.

Off-Campus Study

Center for Entrepreneurship and Liberal Education at Beloit (CELEB)

Maker Lab supervisor Adwyn Burdett'27 experiments with a motherboard. The Center for Entrepreneurship and Liberal Education at Beloit supports students who want to start their own media and arts ventures in the for-profit or non-profit world. The space includes a student-run public art gallery, a TV & media lab, a recording studio, a Maker Lab, and an entrepreneurship lab.

Provider micro-certificates

Through providers like Coursera, Beloit College provides students with the opportunity to complete micro-certificates designed to hone their skills in specific editing, design, and marketing techniques. Students can register and complete these courses on their own while they are on campus, during their breaks, or even when they study abroad.

Clubs and Organizations

Lu Going'20 promotes WBCR as a staff member of the station.
